AIR: Qingdao International Airport, located in the Liuting, 26 km north to downtown of Qingdao, is served by airlines to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka (Japan), Soul, Pusan, Taegu (South Korea), as well as Hong Kong, Taipei (Taoyuan), Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou (Canton), and all the capital cities of the provinces of China. Transfers to the city centre can be made by taxi or shuttle bus for 40-60 minutes.
RAIL: Regular services run into Qingdao from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Fuzhou, Nanning, Xi’an, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Nanchang, Dandong, Tonghua, etc. Travel time from Beijing to Qingdao is approximately 6 hours by express train, from Shanghai 10 hours.
ROAD: Qingdao is at the centre of south coast of the Shandong Peninsula, facing to the Yellow Sea. It is at the end of the Jinan-Qingdao Highway. Travel time from Jinan is approximately 3 hours.
From the airport to the Huanghai Hotel (the venue of the congress):
Travel by taxi is the most convenient method and is strongly recommended. It is about 40km from Liuting Airport to the Huanghai Hotel. The price based on the class of taxi ranges from 70~100 RMB.

The RMB (Renminbi) is the official currency, also called Chinese Yuan.
Only RMB can be used when you are in China. Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club and JCB are widely accepted in most malls, shopping centers, restaurants and hotels.

- For option A, you can choose leaving for your country from Shanghai; for option B, you can choose leaving for your country from Beijing; for option C, you will be back to Qingdao in the second day of the tour.
